Whether you're new to the Apple® iPad®, the DealBook® platform, or both, you may have questions about how the DealBook® for iPad® app works. You can view some of our most frequently asked questions below.

How do I download DealBook® for iPad®?

You can download this app by opening the App Store and searching for GFT or DealBook®.

Can I login into DealBook® for iPad® using my DealBook® 360 login and password?

Yes. You do not need a special login and password to open DealBook® for iPad®.

How can I view DealBook® for iPad®?

Like most Apple® iPad® apps, the view of DealBook® will change based on how you rotate the device. You can view DealBook® for iPad® in either Portrait or Landscape mode.

How you view the app is based on your preferences, but if you're viewing DealBook® for iPad® in Portrait mode, you'll need to tap Quotes to view the Quoteboard.

Some of the features are not available. How do I enable these?

If you are not logged into your trial or live account, you will see Preview Mode, which has limited access to features. To view all of the features in DealBook® for iPad®, you will need to log in using your DealBook® log in credentials.

What does 'Delayed Quotes' mean?

If you are viewing the app in preview or demo mode, the quotes can be delayed. You can view real-time when you log into your live account.

I'm having problems viewing the live CNBC stream. What should I do?

CNBC Live TV is only available for live GFT accounts. If you do not have access on your live account*, please contact GFT for more information.

Where can I view reports?

You can view reports by closing DealBook® for iPad® and using the browser to navigate to DealBook® WEB and then login.

Can I suggest improvements to the platform?

At GFT, our goal has always been to give our customers the tools that they need to trade quickly, efficiently, and securely. We are always looking for ways to improve the DealBook® experience for our traders.
