Global Forex Trading is a Division of Global Futures & Forex, Ltd., which is a registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) in the United States. Globally, we are regulated by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) in Australia, the Financial Supervisory Agency (FSA) in Japan, and GFT Global Markets is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the United Kingdom.
