About GFT: Press Releases
Global Forex Trading Introduces Facilitated SystemsADA, Mich., May 31, 2004 - Global Forex Trading introduces Facilitated Systems™, a new product that offers people more time to manage their busy lives while still capitalizing on the advantages of trading in the foreign exchange markets. Facilitated Systems™ allows individuals interested in the forex market who may be too busy or overwhelmed to be active traders, the ability to subscribe to time–tested technical systems while passively taking part in the foreign exchange marketplace "Our new Facilitated Systems™ program offers our customers a hassle-free forex trading account while providing an additional level of integrity and service from GFT”, said Gary L. Tilkin, President and CEO of Global Forex Trading. Facilitated Systems™ differs from a managed forex account or professional money management since the account traded is based on a technical system that is completely systematic and free of human influences. Fundamental or psychological constraints are stripped away leaving only an objective style of trading. Each Facilitated Systems™ offering is based on a variety of well–developed and fully researched indicators or rules that recommend entry and exit points. Every system is automatic and based on specific price movements as well as attached mechanical parameters. By permitting GFT to trade an account on the customer’s behalf through a letter of direction, Facilitated Systems™ offers customers the ability to have a system traded for them by GFT’s dealing desk, according to that particular system’s parameters. "We are pleased to offer more convenience to customers who just don’t have the time to dedicate to trading all of the time. Now they are freed up to research additional self–directed trades, spend time with their families or take control of their normal workday,” said Tilkin. Clients participating in the Facilitated Systems™ program will have the ability to monitor their accounts in real–time. Clients who would like to still actively trade themselves can create an additional sub account that's funded separately from their self-directed account. The first of Facilitated Systems™ GFT will offer is the Trader's Guild™, a system developed and maintained by a professional CTA. Each Facilitated Systems™ system is available to GFT customers based on a minimum balance determined by the system they choose.
