How does the program work? |
|
With our Wallwood program, currency pairs are traded based on a swing trading system that has been developed over a three-year period. The trading rules are based on short-term trades. The fund strategy is to establish a position as a persistent market move begins, and stay with the move until it is exhausted and has reversed direction.
The system's overall objective is to return profits over time and reduce losses; its energy rules and focus are almost exclusively toward the management of risk from trade to trade. The system uses a stop-loss on each trade between 30 and 70 pips. Please note that the use of stop-loss orders does not guarantee profit or loss.
Each Wallwood account uses conservative leverage of 6:1 or 15 percent margin. Therefore, an account of $10,000 would have a position of $60,000 assigned. The positions would be split evenly between the two currency pairs traded by the account. Without appropriate use of risk management, a high degree of leverage can lead to large losses as well as gains.
