Q. How do I get a free trial?
A. Visit http://www.gftforex.com/freetrial to register for a free trial. You will then receive an email with your login information.

Q. I use a computer that will not allow me to install software. How can I trade with GFT?
A. Visit https://dealbookweb.demo.gftforex.com/ to login or to register for a free trial of our web-based application, DealBook® WEB. This web-based interface allows you to trade from any computer, with nothing to download.

Q. DealBook® WEB gets stuck at “loading account details” while logging in. How do I fix this?
A. To solve this issue, you will have to clear the cookies from your web browser. After clearing your cookies, close your web browser before reopening http://www.gftforex.com/dealbookweb. If this does not solve the problem, you may have to also delete your temporary internet files before closing and reopening your browser.
Please consult your specific browser’s help menu for instructions on how to clear cookies and temporary internet files.

Q. How do I log in to my trading account?
A. You can log into your account through our desktop, web-based or mobile platforms. Download DealBook® 360 from http://www.gftforex.com/software/dealbook360/download.asp to access your account through our desktop software. You can use the same login name and password to access your account through DealBook® WEB, located at https://dealbookweb.demo.gftforex.com/. In addition, you can download the mobile version of our software for your preferred wireless device at http://www.gftforex.com/software/mobile/index.asp.

Q. What do I do if I get the message "You are already registered with another demo user"?
A. This message means that you already had another demo account that expired, and you cannot register for another one. If you have an open account with GFT, or have begun the account opening process, we can extend your demo account free of charge. Please contact your forex specialist with your Demo User ID, and we can reactivate and extend your demo account. If this is regarding your live account, please contact Technical Support.

Q. What do I do if I get the message "Your demo login has expired?"
A. This means that your demo account is expired and you should contact your forex specialist. If this is regarding your live account, please contact Technical Support.

Q. How do I get my DEALBOOK® WEB demo extended if I have a live forex trading account?
A. Please contact your forex specialist with your name and demo user ID. If this is regarding your live account, please contact Technical Support.

Q. I am a GFT live account holder. I would like a demo extension, but I have more than one demo account. What do I do?
A. Contact us to have your demo account extended. Please be sure to include the demo User ID that you would like extended. We are only able to reactivate and extend one demo User ID per account holder.

Q. I forgot and lost my demo account login information. How can I get another copy?
A. Please contact us to have your demo login information resent to you.

Q. Are the prices I see in my demo account the same prices that I with see in my live account?
A. Yes. The prices from our live system go directly into our demo system.
