Deposit by Paper Check

GFT accepts business checks or personal checks. Funds will be available after five business days after the receipt of a check, regardless of amount or the date of deduction from your bank account. GFT may not make or receive any payment via a third party. We can neither guarantee the receipt, nor the return of such payments.

When sending checks, please allow up to 5 business days from the date of receipt for the check to clear and be credited to your trading account.

Clearly indicate your GFT account number on the check (or NEW for new accounts). This will help expedite processing and avoid unnecessary errors or delays.

Checks drawn on non-U.S. banks can take several weeks to clear. Please keep this in mind when sending your funds via check.

GFT does not accept bank or cashier's checks because the remitter of funds must match the name on the GFT account.

Cash deposits, including money orders, traveler's checks or other cash equivalents, are not accepted.
Under no circumstances will payments be made or received via third parties.
