Support: Online Funds Transfer

If you have a currency trading account with GFT, you can transfer funds from and to your futures trading account with GFT Futures. You can also transfer funds from currency trading account to your futures trading account. It is important to understand that the names on the accounts must be same. If the funds are available, your request will be processed within 48 hours of submitting your transfer request.

In connection with said release/transfer, one (1) transfer per month will be executed at no charge. Additional transfers will be assessed a fee of Ten U.S. Dollars ($10.00), to be paid to GFT at the time this transfer is executed. Said fee will be charged to the GFT trading account the funds are being transferred from.

If you must transfer funds in a currency other than the base currency of your GFT account, GFT will convert the funds to your base currency. The conversion rate will be the current GFT Ask (Buy) rate plus a conversion premium of up to 3%. This premium covers the cost of purchasing small and uneven amounts of physical currency from other parties. Incurring this premium will reduce the net amount of funds transferred.

Please be aware that your account will automatically close if your request results in a zero balance.
